I feel like this is the first time I actually talked in this account outside of just posting my art, or updating how the site looks.

For those who don't know me and found me recently, hello! I am Katherine AKA LovingSakuraKat (or SakuraKatherine in deviantArt)

I have actually used Newgrounds since I was a kid. Played and watched a lot of Sonic stuff here.

But I made this account actually fairly recently.

I am a trans woman from Chile, South America, and a digital artist!

I am a Sonic fan mainly, but I love a lot of other things, like Kirby, Mario, Crash, and more!

I want to establish a bit of information about my art and how I post things here.

1.- First and foremost, I do not support NFTs, Crypto or AI Art. So... NFT Accounts, Crypto Accounts, and AI Art Accounts, DO NOT INTERACT!

I do not want anything to do with you. I do not support you. If you ever try to comment, follow or like one of my drawings, it is block on sight, and removal of any likes or comments. I do not care what you think of me, I really don't.

2.- You CANNOT steal my art and claim it your own, whether it's recoloring, tracing, posting it somewhere else, or using it for AI, NFTs or Crypto.

You have ZERO permission to do this. I will upload art to my other socials (or my clients will post it themselves if they want to, on ONE SOCIAL MEDIA, and then I will share it in the rest)

3.- SFW characters of my fanart is fine. If you want to do NSFW, ASK ME PERMISSION AND MAKE SURE THE CHARACTER IS 18+

I love getting fanart of my characters! But NSFW fanart needs to get my conscent, and 90% of the time I might say no. Also if I catch you wanting to do NSFW art of a character that is less than 18 years old, I will block you. I will not tolerate it.

4.- If a character isn't mine, IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO IGNORE ALL THE OTHER RULES.

You can't steal the character or steal the art and claim it as yours, and any fanart related questions you have, you would need to refer to the original owner, unless it's a public character, like let's say, a videogame character.

5.- My art will always have my signature and/or my own watermark.

Plenty of precautions just in case someone wants to steal my stuff. The art that is things like emotes and overlays will have more watermarks or signatures to avoid stealing.

Do I really gotta say anything about this one? I feel like this is very straightforward.
